(3)Validation:No Validation

The Linux system and the user timezone are setting as China/Beijing.
Here is my time off requests
Time Off Type:Over Time
12/17/2019 From 01:30 AM To 05:00 AM
When I save it and approved,the requests hour is only one hour.How is that calculate?
But if I refuse it,the requests hour is only 3.5 hour which is correct.
