In V6.1 there is provision to set minimum quantity to each product.
But in V7.0 I think the name just changed to 'Reordering Rules'. Am i right?
Then what is 'quantity multiple' in that form?

You are right Minimum Stock Rules is the same than Reordering Rules.
For 'Quantity Multiple', just put your mouse on the label of the field and you should get the help message.
