Can not view the Web form builder snipplet

Question

I just install the Odoo 12v, website, recruitment process, crm, but I can't see the snipplet for the web form, it is already installed, but says update (no uninstall link), when I click it , send me to a purchase page. should I pay for this module?

Hi,
Website form builder is * not available in the community edition in Odoo12 *. It is part of the enterprise edition till the Odoo v12. From Odoo13 it has moved to the community edition, see this:  Odoo13 Website Form Builder Moved To Community Edition [1]

If you need the form builder in odoo12, either you have to * switch to enterprise version * or you have to * use the custom modules * available in the Odoo store.
