AttributeError: 'account.move' object has no attribute '_is_notification_scheduled'

Question

I get this error.   When I copyed my database from one to a other hosting.  No idea how to solve this becausse I am new at odoo.
Can anyone help me in this ?

I have tryed to upgrade all installed modules allready.
I have searched for account.move but there is no move module...

It is not solved by updating the mail module.
Can the problem be that my database is serialized?

scheduled_date = self._is_notification_scheduled(kwargs.get('scheduled_date'))
