Germain is Team Leader in the Indirect Sales department at Odoo. He’s managing a team taking care of the Swiss & French market. He worked a few years as Partner Manager, enabling new partners, advising and helping them on how to set up and grow their activities. He was also the main point of contact of our biggest partners through Europe as Key Account Manager. On a daily basis, he's also in touch with clients analyzing their processes and advising on the best methodology for their implementation project.
With over three and a half years of experience at Odoo, Pierre leads a team of 10 consultants, with a primary focus on empowering each team member and fostering their professional growth. Over the years, Pierre has successfully mentored more than fifteen consultants, helping them develop their skills and become independent contributors. In parallel, he has played a crucial role in the implementation of a wide range of projects, consistently ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
