Renewell Water has achieved significant growth in recent years and is now looking to expand into new markets. To achieve this objective, they knew they needed a total ERP solution for their business, so they embarked on a vendor selection process to evaluate different market options.


After much consideration, Renewell Water partnered with Smart IT for their ERP solution. Smart IT conducted a detailed GAP analysis of Renewell Water's requirements, considering their specialisation in Reverse Osmosis systems, water softeners, hydrogen water systems, and well-water treatment. Based on their findings, Smart IT recommended a comprehensive solution that included Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, Inventory Management, Accountancy, and Field Services modules. 


Smart IT also ensured that the solution integrated with Renewell Water's payment portal, Splink, to facilitate seamless payment processing. Additionally, they migrated Renewell Water's website onto Odoo, ensuring that their online presence was fully integrated into their ERP solution. 


The ERP solution provided by Smart IT enabled Renewell Water to streamline its business operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This solution enabled them to offer diverse options to meet their customers' unique requirements with precision and care. With the implementation of this solution, Renewell Water was well-positioned for expansion into new markets and continued growth.
