Plugit Finland
Plugit on kotimainen kasvuyritys, joka tarjoaa sähköautojen latausratkaisuja. Kun tarve heräsi kokonaisvaltaiselle toiminnanohjausjärjestelmälle, Odoo ihastutti avoimella lähdekoodillaan ja ketteryydellään. SprintIT toteutti Odooseen Plugitin toivomia räätälöintejä ja heillä oli myös tärkeä rooli sparraajana. Projektia työstettiin vaiheittain aloittaen myynnistä ja varastonhallintajärjestelmistä, ja myöhemmin myös kirjanpito vaihdettiin kokonaan Odooseen. When the need arose for a comprehensive ERP system, Odoo impressed with its open source code and agility. SprintIT implemented the customizations requested by Odoo Plugit and they also played an important role as a sparring partner. Sunhouse Talot Oy:llä väsyttiin alituiseen paperien kierrättämiseen: laskutusta, tarjouksia, sopimuksia ja projektinhallintaa pyöritettiin erilaisilla word-pohjilla ja excel-lomakkeilla. He etsivät paperinpyöritysrumban korvaajaksi yhtä järjestelmää.SprintIT:n toimittamalla Odoolla hoituu nyt tarjoukset, sopimuspohjat sekä laskutus, johon talopakettitoimittajalla liittyy omia erityispiirteitä.
Talonrakennusprojektit suunnitellaan ja valvotaan Odoon projektityökalussa, johon räätälöimme mm. graafisen GANTT-kaavion helpottamaan kokonaisuuden hahmottamista.
Sunhouse Talot Oy wanted to get rid of the paper circus they had: invoicing, offers, deals and project management was all run in different kinds of word documents and excel forms. They wanted to replace all the paperwork with one system. With Odoo implemented by SprintIt Sunhouse Talot can now handle all offers, contract schemas and invoicing in one place. House building projects are planned and monitored in the Odoo project management tool with added customised tools for example graphical GANTT charts to ease managing all the pieces in big projects.
