Currently, C beyond is using a local accounting system to manage their financial operations along with another project management and timesheet tool along with subscription system for internet usage.
They are looking for a solution that eliminates the redundancy of software systems and have a consolidated system without paying recurring fees. A system that can keep track od their customer’s data and requirements in a well-structured form.

Azkatech, the Odoo Gold Partner, has managed to offer a solution on top of Odoo ERP that can fulfill all the requirements of C Beyond. The solution covered following business processes:
Sales: unified place of history of each customer along with their financial history such as
paid and due invoices.
Subscription module, to renew each customer’s account on monthly basis.
Business management operations consisting of quotations, sales orders. Expenses.
Warehouse management & Purchasing
Project management to track all tasks and time spend on each project assigned to a specific employee in addition to time sheet billing.

How Azkatech, the official Odoo partner helped them: integrating the essentials modules for this phase along with the Lebanese accounting, yet the modular feature in Odoo will provide them with any future needs.

Cedargreens is in process of setting a High Technology Controlled Environmental Greenhouses in Kfarhay Batroun North of Lebanon to produce and distribute hyper-local, premium quality, greenhouse grown vegetables and herbs.

They were focusing on getting things right from the beginning. Hence they are aware that starting with the right management software will helps their business grow on international standards.

China Gate, is a company based in Lebanon that specializes in sourcing and importing products from China and Turkey through its sister companies, Blynt Concept and Turkeygate. They assist customers in finding the best products from China, facilitating communication with suppliers, and shipping products to Lebanon via sea, rail, and air.



Challenges :

China Gate was facing a challenge in managing their order fulfillment process as it was difficult for them to keep track of sales orders from the customers and purchase orders from suppliers. This was leading to delays and inefficiencies in their operations. Furthermore, maintaining clear and accurate financial records was crucial for the company to effectively manage their finances and make informed business decisions. However, the current system they were using was not providing the necessary level of visibility and control to do so.

Solution :

Ever Business Solutions implemented Odoo's sales, purchase, and accounting apps to help China Gate streamline their business processes and improve their operations. By implementing the sales app, China Gate was able to manage and track sales orders more efficiently, from creation to fulfillment. This streamlined the process of creating a sales order for the customer to creating a purchase order for the supplier to fulfill the sales order. This automation enabled China Gate to easily track purchase orders from suppliers in Turkey and China, and deliver sales orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The purchase app was also implemented to help China Gate automate and track purchase orders more efficiently and communicate with suppliers more effectively. The accounting app helped China Gate to maintain clear and accurate financial records, which is crucial for the company to effectively manage their finances and make informed business decisions.

Clear Company is an industrial organization located in Chouifet, Lebanon that provides electrical consultancy and contracting services. Their core business involves assembling electric boards and panels.


Challenges:

Dealing with the Lebanese accounting via floating rates, multi rate currency and multi-currency reporting alongside with tracking the manufacturing orders of the electric assembly projects. In addition to the need for a better management over the on-going and the up-coming projects. Moreover, managing the fast going transactions of the supply chain cycle of the multiple affiliates under Clear Company. Finally, the urge to exist within the digital market.


Solution:

Tecomsa highlighted the requirements of Clear Company and get hands dirty within their top level business needs and bottom level day to day operations. Having said that, Tecomsa customized Lebanese Accounting to handle Clear's financial requirements and reporting. Furthermore, manufacturing orders will be tracked using several customized apps to guarantee the quality assurance of the manufactured (assembled) products. In addition to that, the whole process starting from the generation of a lead/opportunity till it is won, through the customized sales process and project initiation, tracking purchased products that will be stored in a specific zone in a separated warehouse, managing all the delivery and receipt orders will be handled on one integrated platform. Last but not least, the project management at its top level through the budgeting & cost center reporting and its bottom level through managing the project's tasks on site. Finally, website building will be one of the crucial factors for the digital existence of Clear Company in the industrial market.
