How to configure Outgoing Mail Servers to send emails with the address of logged in user (v17).

Question

I successfully connected google with Odoo, I did the Test Connection and everything is alright. I even test sending an email and it works fine, but when another user sends me an email, it appears as it was sended from my email address (which I set in Username field). What I want is that each user could send an email from their own address. Could anyone help me to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

I also need from as odoo user email not outgoing mail username(mail). Do you got solution for this?
