Adding custom app to Self hosted Odoo Custom with Enterprise Adonis

I understand one can create an app using Odoo studio for online. But I am not seeing Odoo studio for self hosted Odoo Enterprise. Can some one provide the document or instructions related to adding custom app on Self Hosted Odoo Enterprise?

/Odoo Studio will work with any version of Enterprise, on-premise or cloud-hosted./

By Opening these Studio Tools we can Create a New Customised App using Studio. If you have an Enterprise Version.

With self hosted, I am not seeing the option which you have highlighted. I have just installed and not registered with paid subscription yet.
