I got a problem when trying to create and send the quotation without confirm trough email to customer. If I confim the quotation, odoo let me to send the confirmation mail to the customer but if I don't confirm it, odoo won't let me to send it. I need to email the quotation to the customer and let it to accept/reject it, not me. Also, if I try to not send it trough email, but trying to copy the link from actions>share, opening the link(on different browser without login in or smth in odoo), when I m trying to accept or reject, it throws me an error. If I accept it, it throw me this error:
The order is not in state requiring customer signature. If I try to reject, it throws me this error:
Your order is not in a state to be rejected.
I have activated the Online Signature in the quotation and in settings but it does the same. Can anyone help?

If the customer has been granted access, the customer need to login, sign and pay, refer first to this article https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/sales/sales/send_quotations/get_signature_to_validate.html
