FEDAS Luxembourg is an employer's association representing 185 organizations active in the social sector in Luxembourg. We provide representation and other services, such as professional training and administrative support, to its members.

When it comes to implementing digital solutions for daily organizational needs, we realized that many of our smaller members faced serious hurdles around digital dexterity, the time needed to change, or the funds required.

In 2021, the Luxembourg Ministry of Education tasked us and some of our members with the organization of training activities for childcare professionals. However, we did not have a fully digital solution to organize training activities, publish training materials and manage registrations. That's why we implemented Odoo: a solution that satisfied all our stakeholders' needs at relatively low costs, bringing together our members and forwarding digitalization and professionalism in the social sector. Furthermore, the choice for Odoo was also driven by the need to ensure the use of a common platform for future developments in digitalizing administrative processes.
