Catherine Niederpruem joined Odoo as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to working at Odoo, Catherine worked in retail management. After three years of learning how to run a successful business, she joined Odoo to break into the tech industry in her hometown of Buffalo, New York. Catherine was one of the first Customer Success Manager's in Buffalo and hopes to expand the teams billing achievement and company culture. She is excited to help grow her energetic team into 2023 and beyond.
