For instance, FSN and XYZ analysis reports in Odoo inventory provided comprehensive forecasting information for warehouse locations. The solution integrated 3PL logistics for warehouse tracking, seamless eCommerce marketplace integration, and efficient freight shipping like Truck Loads. Customizing Odoo's interface enabled accurate tracking of processes on a single platform, enhancing visibility into the product list, stock levels, and manufacturing workflows.
The results of implementing Odoo were substantial. Sales and system confidence increased significantly, and the company was able to diversify marketplaces while maintaining control over stock levels.
