Lallemand is a privately-held Canadian company that specialises in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts, bacteria, and their derivatives. They provide microbiological solutions for dozens of different industries, from human and animal health and nutrition to baking, oenology, brewing, food ingredients, probiotics, and biofuels.

We've supported Lallemand in setting up their Odoo.sh hosting system, as well as making changes to their manufacturing processes. We've also helped them integrate with a third party systems, including the handling of their core product ERP data. Also have made changes that allow Lallemand to undertake better health and safety checks, such as a comprehensive reminder system, and scheduled emails with production reports.
