Kechara Soup Kitchen Society
Kechara, a committee serving the homeless and the poor, sought to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Brainvire proposed integrating Odoo ERP, automating operations across empowerment, soup kitchen, and food bank channels. The ERP system provided insights into skills training, food distribution, real-time tracking of donations, and automated inventory, deliveries, accounting, and invoicing processes. Over 50% of processes were automated, improving Kechara’s approach and vision for daily tasks and deliverables with Odoo ERP.
