POS - change session date after closing POS session

Question

How can I change session date in POS after closing the POS session? (Odoo 18)

for example: When the store owner is on vacation and he returns, he wants to register his sales, sold by somebody without knowledge of odoo, on the day it was actually sold, not everything on the day of his return, usually a week later, how can we solve this quickly and efficiently ?

Hello Stephanie,
If you have already closed the POS, it means that you have counted all the sales. From the description you have done, you seem to have two types of sales. A direct sale with the POS and other sales without POS. It would not be correct to open the POS-Session and post those sells on it. What the proper process is, is to use the sales application to manage those situation. In the sales application, you can manage the day of invoicing at your will.
