I contacted the odoo support but their answers remain very general and do not help with this situation.

• we are using odoo website app for our website but have acquired the domain outside odoo.
• we created a first website via Odoo app, correct the DNS on the website (mycompany.odoo.com), then linked the database and linked the website in the setup with www.mycompany.fr) - this is working fine
• we created a second website via odoo app (to cover another country) and need to connect it to a second domain let's say my company.de . So we corrected the DNS on this domain again using the same as previously mycompany.odoo.dom and in website site app setup we linked this second website to www.company.de

however this is not working, the website www.company.de is not reflecting our 2nd website.

Please let me know what is wrong and how to fix it - we are in contact with support for 3 days, but they are not helping for now.
