Are you asking, printing the report option , which is under More menu options should come only in Form view?

If so, well to do that you need to diasable the report from Menu, and call the same in your custom button..

To that all you need to do is,  while defining the report definition in XML specify menu=False...

Then in your form, add a button of type action, and call that report.... that way this button will be visible on in the form view, hence achiving you criteria
