I am looking for a way to display a statistical plot (png graphic) on the dashboard in odoo 8. The plot is located on an internal website, which gets automatically updated  (http://subserver3:8888/stock_plot.png).

I have seen that you can customise the dashboard under "Administration/Customization/User Interface/Customized View" but have not found a way to display a graphic. Is this possible and has anyone got any idea on how to achieve this?
