Challenges
As Folio & Co scaled its eCommerce presence, operational inefficiencies began to emerge behind the scenes. The team relied heavily on disconnected tools and manual processes to manage product listings, order fulfillment, and inventory synchronization with their WooCommerce store. This resulted in product mismatches, delayed updates, and inconsistencies in stock levels between the physical and digital channels. The lack of centralized control made it difficult to manage product lifecycles, export catalog data, or maintain accuracy across platforms.
Solutions
ERP Cloud delivered a seamless integration between Folio & Co’s backend operations and its WooCommerce storefront. The solution automated the synchronization of product data, pricing, inventory levels, and images, eliminating repetitive tasks and reducing the risk of human error. A custom product export wizard was implemented, enabling the team to generate Excel-based catalogs with pricing and high-resolution images on demand.
With real-time visibility into stock levels and a structured publishing flow, Folio & Co regained control over its eCommerce operations. The ERP platform also laid the foundation for future multi-channel expansion and SKU-level analytics.
