Summary:
Odoo is a theme (overall look and feel) and building block (widget) based WYSIWYG website builder with low level access to the XML for further customization options. Technically, the system leverages Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, jQuery UI and underscore.js (open source web technologies not unique to Odoo). Website builders can provide LESS based styles to influence the user experience and write their own JavaScript functions.
