Since 2000, a strong presence has been established by ISF in the maritime industry. Over time, the ISF Group has been expanded into a knowledge-based organization offering consultancy, academic, and training solutions, driven by global R&D and innovation.

Partnerships have been formed with major ship owners, and training and management services have been provided to around 5,000 maritime professionals.

At ISF Maritime and Offshore Institute, diverse training programs have been delivered, supporting end-to-end competence management for maritime organizations and crews.

The Inner Search Foundation, a non-profit trust, has been dedicated to holistic development through Yoga, combining self-awareness with community service and social change.
