We introduced advanced portals for owners and tenants, enabling access to real-time booking data, maintenance history, financial statements, and reservation calendars. Maintenance operations were automated from the resolution request, ensuring timely execution and better vendor coordination. The property management lifecycle—covering leasing, renewals, deposits, and contracts—was reimagined with workflows that reduce manual work and improve compliance.

Accounting was also a core focus. From deferred revenue recognition to commission structures and cross-platform integrations, we equipped AYA with the financial tools to plan, report, and grow confidently.
