For Ten Wellness, Kuwait Protocol delivered a fully customized Odoo implementation tailored to their operational and HR needs. The project included developing an integrated online presence through the Odoo Website module, along with a complete employee management ecosystem covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance tracking, time-off planning, and a self-service employee portal. We also implemented digital document handling, facility management, and asset mapping to streamline day-to-day operations across multiple service areas. In addition, a customized appraisal module was developed with bespoke evaluation forms designed specifically for Ten Wellness’ performance framework.
