El Instituto Teófilo Hernando is a center for drug investigations in all cases (basic + preclinical + clinical investigations) and training of investigators and professionals in the pharmaceutical industry. Cuenta con el apoyo de la Fundación Teófilo Hernando (FTH), created in 1995 with the intent to promote the investigation of the calidad, the medical education continuada and the formación de personal investigador del más alto nivel.
