I would like to include the shipment cost in every product. In this way we always have the real cost of every order. We have been working with other software that have this function and I don't know how can we do this here.

We normally include the shiment invoices to the product and the software divide the cost for the purchased quantity; in this way you always know your last cost of every product; your max cost or your medium cost. Then it's easy to control you are not selling under your cost.
