How to configure Notes (Module) available to all users?

Question

Hi,
How do I configure Notes (Module) to be made available for all users?
eg, I created some PDF files to which I want all users (from sales department) to have access. Instead of adding each and every follower every time I added a file.

Hi Jerome,
With Notes (module) there's one way to link attachements with people: it's to add each follower.
I think it's more convenient to use Document (module), there you can create a specific channel "sales team" eg/.
