i have Sequence with name like OSXXX i create sheet for multi-pal companies but when i create my own company sequence work ok but other then my own company my sequence not work
how i can handle this condition
i want to create field with OSXXX Sequence for every company auto sequence....
Hi,
if you are saying that the sequence you have created is working for only a particular company in the instance, what you can do is that, activate the developer mode as well as multi company feature and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Sequence and Identifiers -> Sequence , from here select your sequence and check whether the company field get value, if there is some company get selected in the field named Company, just remove it and check the working of the sequence.

but at the time of creating sequence its auto fill company id....
how i can manage during creating sequence company id will not fill
