Hello all!

I'm using Odoo V16.0 Enterprise.

- I have more than 1.000 products to sell, which we manufacture. All of them have reordering points or replenishment rules at 0,0.

- When I sell one of my products there are two cases:

  1. If I leave a blank on delivery date, the manufacturing order is automatically and inmediatly created.
  2. If I put a delivery date in the future, greater than my 15 days customer lead time, Odoo doesn't generate the manufacturing order inmediatly as It will wait till day: DELIVERY DATE - CUSTOMER LEAD TIME (15 days).

But... lets say that I already have customer orders for 2 months in advance, so I want to planify my production, so when I have avaliable capacity I can advance some production. The problem is that odoo doesn't generate the manufacturing order so I will need to keep track of my stock forecast to manually generate the manufacturing orders when needed, but for 1.000 products...

So my questions is... if there is a way to force Odoo to generate the manufacturing orders even if the customer lead time hasn't arrived yet.  If I have the Manufacturing Order created I can make my planification by workcenter or other... I think that the date planned start is for that purpose but if the MO doesn't get generated

Thanks for your help!

A mysteri. Must  be setting in the Scheduler program. I have not tested, but try to set a value in the field Visibility Days in the Reordering rules.  Nothing about it in documentation, but the field help text indicates it has an impact.
