Charles Henri spent 12 years in supply chain management at Toyota, then transitioned to a smaller company to lead their logistic projects. He then worked as director of the Belgian subsidiary of a french group were he implemented Odoo for all accounting & manufacturing processes. Based on those hands-on experiences, he shifted as an experienced independant Odoo integrator, collaborating with Idealis since 2020.


We are excited to share the success story of the Action Damien project. Idealis Belgium delivered a comprehensive Odoo solution for this customer, tailored to meet their evolving needs over several phases.

Action Damien is an international NGO dedicated to fighting leprosy, tuberculosis, and other diseases.


2022: Idealis implemented a volunteer management system along with a public webshop. In addition, basic logistics flows were put in place to streamline operations.


2023: A custom “Overseas” order system was developed to manage Action Damien's international projects efficiently.


2024: Fundraising and accounting modules were fully integrated into Odoo, providing a unified platform to manage donations and financial processes.


This project exemplifies how Odoo can meet the needs of non-profit organizations, making Action Damien an ideal customer for Odoo's target market.
