Meer dan 30 jaar specialist in de ontwikkeling van vastgoedDe geschiedenis van Groep Bolckmans gaat terug tot in het midden van de jaren '80 van vorige eeuw. Herman Bolckmans, oprichter van het succesvolle Bolckmans Industriebouw, verkocht in die periode de aannemerstak van het familiebedrijf. Met het afgesplitste Groep Bolckmans specialiseerde Herman Bolckmans zich verder in de ontwikkeling en verhuur van bedrijfsvastgoed.
Met zoon Ronny Bolckmans als de huidige gedelegeerd bestuurder maakte de tweede generatie al langer zijn intrede in het familiebedrijf. Groep Bolckmans specialiseerde zich onder zijn impuls ook in residentieel vastgoed. Samen met een team van een vijftal gespecialiseerde medewerkers volgt hij de ontwikkeling van de projecten en de verhuursservice persoonlijk op.
Inmiddels heeft Groep Bolckmans meerdere tientallen bedrijfspanden en KMO-units in bezit, waarbij veruit het overgrote deel een vaste huurder heeft. Daarnaast beschikken we nog over een paar 100.000m2 grond voor toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
Alles in eigen handen
Groep Bolckmans neemt bij elk project de touwtjes stevig in eigen handen. Alles gebeurt in eigen huis: het selecteren en aankopen van de gronden of gebouwen, de financiering, het ontwerpen, de stedenbouwkundige procedures, de opvolging van de nieuwbouw- of verbouwingswerken, het verhuren, het latere onderhoud en eventuele herstellingen.
Huurders kunnen altijd rechtstreeks terecht bij Groep Bolckmans als eigenaar, waardoor problemen snel en efficiënt opgelost raken Gospodinjstva
