It allows me to create and configure new products. It allows me to configure products only from the point of sale. It allows me to create product variants in frontend. It allows me to choose product variants in frontend.

Ask them how much tax they want to pay. Enable the fiscal position per order setting. Enable the default fiscal position setting. Add both tax rates to the payment methods.
