About the job
At Odoo, we collaborate closely with fiduciary partners who manage hundreds of clients using Odoo. Our goal is to help them get the most out of our solutions, while maintaining a smooth and proactive relationship.
We're looking for a Partnership Manager to strengthen our relationship with fiduciaries in Belgium. You'll be the key contact for our partners, ensuring they benefit fully from their collaboration with Odoo and helping them deliver the best experience to their end clients.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our fiduciary partners
- Act as their main contact for any questions related to their clients' use of Odoo
- Regularly reach out to fiduciaries to check how things are going, share product updates and identify potential opportunities
- Collaborate closely with our Direct Sales team to share upsell leads or opportunities when relevant, without managing the commercial process yourself
- Ensure fiduciaries benefit from all available advantages (free users, partnership conditions, etc.)
- Support fiduciaries in understanding new features or offers relevant to their clients
Requirements
- Business Degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Strong relational skills
- Excellent communication skills in French, English and Dutch
- Strong organizational and administrative skills: you'll have a lot of clients to manage
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- You have a positive and structured communication style.
- You speak French and Dutch, and you are comfortable working in English.
Previous experience working with fiduciary firms or in a partner management / customer success role is a plus, but not mandatory.

What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
