Whenever attempting to install a third-party app, an error keeps appearing, and I am unable to access the settings option.

Hi,
Enable developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Views and search for orientation inside the view architecture, that is need to find the view containing orientation field.

Remove the field from the view or delete the view and see.
