Hi,


Since yesterday, my clients who access their tickets from the website doesn't see messages in message thread.

Quite strange issue because it's only on the website side.

The message thread says that there is no message but it's not true because I see them from my side.


Did someone has an idea of what's wrong ?

My bad, Discussion was set to Internal Only...
