Persistent RPC Error When Modifying Website - Odoo 17 SaaS

Hello Odoo Community,

I'm encountering a persistent issue with my Odoo 17 instance hosted on Odoo SaaS. Here are the details:

Problem: Whenever I attempt to modify my website, I receive an RPC error. This occurs consistently as soon as I try to make any changes to the website. The error mentions an issue with views (IDs 2443 and 181).

Error message:

ValueError: Expected singleton: ir.ui.view(2443, 181)


Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. This issue is severely impacting our ability to manage our website content. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise.

did you checked the views with the given ID's ?

Hi,
navigate to the views menu in the backend and see what are those views, and see if you can get some idea by seeing the name of the views ? Also just inactive the view with ID: 2443 and see

Make sure to apply the technical changes with the help of odoo technical support
