Keep old Subscription functionality when upgrading to new version

Question

We currently use v.14. But since that version is no longer supported, we are in the process of upgrading to v17.
However, the Subscription module in v17 is merged with the Sales module, which makes us worse of. The functionality in Subscription module in v14 was really perfect for our company's needs.

Do you guys have any input what you would do in this situation? Is there any way to upgrade to v17 but still keep the Sales and Subscription functionality from v14?

I found a solution. OCA have an app called /Subscription Management/, which is very similar to the functionality of the original Odoo Subscription app before v16.

I suggest migrating/upgrading to version 18, as it’s the best option with many new features available.
