Dear all,

I'm wondering if someone could help as I installed the WhatsApp module on Odoo v17 Enterprise in Windows OS successfully. I'm able to send messages normally through the synced templates. but my issue is with the webhook callback URL, when I entered the provided callback URL and token from the module configuration page into Meta Business platform, always getting an error message "The callback URL or verify token couldn't be validated. Please verify the provided information or try again later." Noting that I tried to access the URL directly from the browser and getting Forbidden "You don't have the permission to access the requested resource. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server."

Odoo is installed with SSL configuration through NGINX reversed proxy which means my connection is secured with Let's Encrypt certificate and Meta should connect securely.

Please Advise!

Hi,

This issue may occur when the webhook call from Meta is not completed. To resolve this, please ensure the following:  

1. The callback URL is correctly configured as:  

   base_url + '/whatsapp/webhook'

2. The verification token matches the one provided by the WhatsApp connector, as shown in the image below.  

Additionally, if you are using multiple databases on your server, try setting the 'dbfilter' parameter in your configuration file and then test the connection again.
