Whenever I click on "Discuss" Menu. I get this error and the expected form view is not displayed.

Hello,
I have gotten this issue too when switching to version 12, what helped me to solve is was:
- Changing to Chrome browser;
- Removing Cache and Cookies for the browser (or open incognito mode)!
