Onze granen worden gemalen op de molenstenen van onze windmolen, De Prins van Oranje, een ambachtelijke molen uit Bredevoort in de Achterhoek. De Prins van Oranje is een walmolen die al draait sinds 1644, hoewel de originele houten molen na een verwoestende brand in 1869 opnieuw is opgebouwd als ronde stenen korenmolen. In de molen in zijn huidige vorm worden al generaties lang op een ambachtelijke wijze biologische granen gemalen. Sinds 1983 is deze walmolen een zelfstandige onderneming met een molen en maalderij, die via een eeuwenoude traditie voornamelijk biologische granen verwerkt, op ambachtelijke manier.
