Outbound Sales Executive

As an Outbound Business Advisor, you'll be at the frontline of our growth in the SME sector. This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding business needs, and offering smart, scalable solutions that make a real difference.
You’ll drive engagement across diverse markets and industries, helping clients discover the value of Odoo through personalized outreach and impactful conversations.
Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Reach new clients via cold calls and follow-ups
Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads using tools and referrals
Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle; from outreach to closing
Product Demos: Showcase Odoo’s software online or in person
Relationship Building: Create long-term value and trust with clients
Requirements
Strong communication & sales skills
Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement
Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy and eager to learn
Fluent in English & Arabic
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
0-2 years of B2B sales experience
