1. Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

I previously added my domain (vidya-card-by-ultimate-career.odoo.com) to an Odoo database.

Later, I deleted that database from Odoo.

Now, I am trying to add the same domain to a new Odoo database.

Odoo shows the error: "This domain is already used by another database."

2. Current Behavior Observed:

Even though the previous database was deleted, Odoo still considers the domain to be linked to it.

The domain is not released from the old database, and I cannot add it to my new database.

It seems like the old connection is still active in the backend even though the database was removed.

3. Expected Behavior / What I Want the Result to Be:

The domain should be fully unlinked from the old database.

I should be able to add this domain to my new Odoo database without any errors.

Odoo should release the domain so it can be assigned to a new database.
