I have created a free account on Odoo for application working , I want to upload my local created module on it , so is it possible ?

You'll have to install Odoo on premise or use odoo.sh. You can not upload modules to Odoo online.
Minor Correction: Studio Apps (created with Odoo Studio) can be uploaded to Odoo Online as long as the database has Odoo Studio (and other required dependencies) installed. The majority of Apps on the App Store are NOT Studio Apps.
