Challenges: Although Phu Doanh is using HTEN software to manage concrete production, this system is not integrated with other departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. Manual data entry between disparate systems is both time-consuming and error-prone, affecting information accuracy and creating challenges in inventory management and tracking raw material costs as well as production planning and delivery coordination.
Solution: Phu Doanh implements Odoo integrated directly with HTEN via API, enabling real-time synchronization of order, production, and inventory data. The solution is deployed in two phases: first, applying core modules such as Purchasing, Sales, Inventory Management, and Accounting, and connecting production data; then expanding to attendance reporting and payroll management. As a result, the entire process is automated, interdepartmental coordination is seamless, inventory and cost management are accurate, and management receives reports quickly and reliably.
