Babel Company for Energy Equipment and trading agencies, with head offices in Amman / Jordan and branch offices in Basra, Baghdad, Kirkuk, and Erbil (present Oil Operations Geographic Centers in Iraq).
Babel presently represents well-known manufacturers and suppliers of equipment to the oil and gas, and petrochemical industries, and also infrastructure materials such as line pipe, fitting, and connections.

Challenges:
Finding an accounting system that will be well integrated with the supply chain operations considering the multi-currency transactions. Moreover, there is a gap in reporting consolidation of multiple branches for a better top management report.

Solution:
Tecomsa tackled the gaps Babel Company is encountering in order to meet their requirements by implementing an ERP system including a customized Jordanian & Iraqi Accounting System that will be exclusively integrated with Babel's operations. In addition to generating dynamic reports taking into consideration the existing multi-currencies and the multi-branch concept via analytic accounting regarding the transactions.
