where is base module in Odoo 9

Question

I want to open base module to see original code for base models like 'res.partner', 'res.users' etc.. , I only see _inherit = 'res.partner' while I want to see it as python code
I am using odoo 9

openerp/addons/base/res

you can found it under */opt/odoo/openerp/addons/base*
(*)* /opt/odoo/ *is the odoo installation directory in my case.
