Remove "(UK)" from "English (UK)" in the language selector

Hi,
Is it possible to do what i wrote in the title ?
I couldn't find "English" without anything else, there is always something like US,UK,AU... after.

The values you see is name field
if you want to change this... you can change the name of the language by enabling debug mode and navigate to settings -> Translations -> languages
NOTE:If you do there are multiple English in the drop down you don't know which one is which
