1- Check if the menu and its pages are published

     * Go to Website → Configuration → Menus in Odoo.

     * Find your dropdown (parent) menu and make sure both it and all sub-menu items are linked to published pages.

     * Each page (under Website → Site → Pages) should have the “Published” toggle turned on. If it’s still in draft or private mode, it won’t show publicly.

2- Verify the website association

      * If you have multiple websites, open the menu record and ensure the “Website” field is set to the correct one. Menus linked to a different website will not appear externally.

3- Check user permissions and visibility rules

       * Some menus are set to appear only for logged-in users or specific groups. In the menu settings, review the “Groups” field and ensure it’s empty (or includes “Public”) so visitors can see it.

4- Clear cache and refresh

   * After publishing, refresh the page or clear the browser cache. Odoo’s website menus can be cached, so changes may not appear immediately.

First, please check your menu configuration.

Enable Developer Mode, then go to the Website app → Configuration → Menus.

Find the menu that is not visible to guest users and open it.

Compare its configuration with the other menus that are visible to guests, and also check the 'Visible Groups' field.

View when I am in the Odoo website application.  The Odoo Applications tab does not show in the Edge view?

Yes that is correct cannot see this as a guest user.
