I would like to know if there is a way to change the text in database manager (localhost:8069/web/database/manager) view.

Hi Raj,
There is an app "web_extend_db_manager_layout" that can help you.
After you download the module, you can make changes in "views/database_manager.html" file, like changing description or text or layout.

What is your purpose of that change..?
I want to change the title (Odoo) and replace the image.
